Delivery times and information for Lovebras. We have a range of options to ensure your orders are received as quickly and securely as possible. Our UK standard delivery charge starts from £2.50.

UK Standard	£2.95	Up to 5 working days Orders are normally despatched the following working day, and sent via Royal Mail First Class post. Delivery should be within 5 working days. However we rely on Royal Mail and this cannot be guaranteed. If you require urgent delivery please choose the Special Delivery option below.
UK Special	£5.95	Following working day This will guarantee delivery the following working day provided we receive your order before midday. A signature will be required on delivery, so please ensure somebody will be at the delivery address.
Europe Standard	£5.95	Up to 14 working days Orders are dispatched by Air Mail and although delivery can be much sooner, you should allow up to 10 working days.
Europe Recorded	£9.95	Up to 10 working days Orders are dispatched by Air Mail and although delivery can be much sooner, you should allow up to 5 working days. A signature is required on delivery.
USA & Canada Standard	£6.95	Up to 14 working days Orders are dispatched by Air Mail and although delivery can be much sooner, you should allow up to 10 working days. Deliveries outside Europe may be subject to import duties or taxes.
Worldwide Recorded	£14.95	Up to 10 working days Recorded Orders dispatched by Air Mail and can be tracked.A signature is required on delivery. Deliveries outside Europe may be subject to import duties or taxes.

Where is my order?
Orders are normally dispatched the following working day.
If there is a problem with your order we will contact you by phone or email.
View status of your order by logging on to My Account and see details at bottom of the screen.

* Please Note we must allow 14 working days before an order is considered lost in the post and we can take action. This is a Royal Mail requirement.

Countries we deliver to
Import Duties and Taxes
Deliveries outside Europe may be subject to import duties or taxes.

Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

Please note it is a legal requirement that we declare the full value of the goods on all packages mailed outside the European Union. There will be a customs sticker on the reverse of the package declaring the full value and contents of the package.

Returning goods for which duty has been paid
If for any reason you wish to return goods that you have paid duty on, it should be possible for you to claim a refund for duties that you have paid. To make a claim contact your local custom authority.
