• Frequently Asked Questions

• Where is my order?
  

  Orders are normally dispatched the following working day.  
  If there is a problem with your order we will contact you by phone or email.

  View status of your order by logging on to My Account and see details at bottom of the screen.

  * Please Note we must allow 14 working days before an order is considered lost in the post and we can take action. This is a Royal Mail requirement.

• How do I send back my order?

  Simply log in to My Account, view your orders and click on the order being returned.

  You will then be able to print your Returns Form and specify any exchanges you require.

  Please remember:
  1. Returns must be made within one month of purchase.
  2. All garments must be returned unworn and with tags attached.

• Can I exchange items?

  Simply log in to My Account, view your orders and click on the order being returned.

  You will then be able to print your Returns Form and specify any exchanges you require.
  Please call us to reserve the exchange items on 020 8861 1945.

  Please remember:

  You can check if we have received by logging on to My Account and viewing your order details at the bottom of the screen.

  Please check the returns processing times below.

  You are welcome to contact us at sales@lovebras.com if your refund has not be processed within these expected times:

  Naturally we are relying on Royal Mail to deliver your returned goods.

  You should allow up to 5 working days for your return to arrive with us.
  (Overseas returns will take up to 10 working days)

  We endeavor to process your return immediately it arrives. 

  Any exchange will be dispatched by First Class Royal Mail the following working day and can take up to 5 working days to reach you.
  (Overseas exchanges can take up to 10 working days)

  Refunds will be processed the following working day, but will take up to 4 working days to reach your account.
